Gluten-Free Brownies Recipe

Ingredients:

1 cup almond flour

1/2 cup cocoa powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1/4 cup melted coconut oil

2 eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 8×8 inch baking pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the almond flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder.
  3. In a separate large bowl, whisk together the sugar, melted coconut oil, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  4. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until well combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
