Bobby Flay coleslaw recipe

Who doesn’t love coleslaw? Seriously, who doesn’t love it? I guess there might be one or two people who don’t like coleslaw, but there is something seriously wrong with those people. Stay away from them.

Anyway, coleslaw is awesome! And there are so many ways to make it. Here is a popular recipe from Bobby Flay:

Ingredients

1 head green cabbage, finely shredded

2 large carrots, finely shredded

Mayonnaise (3/4 cup)

Sour cream (2 tablespoons)

Onion, grated (2 tablespoons)

Sugar (2 tablespoons)

White vinegar (2 tablespoons)

Dry mustard (1 tablespoon)

Celery salt (2 teaspoons)

Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

Directions

Combine the shredded cabbage and carrot in a large bowl.

Whisk together all the other ingredients and then add it to the cabbage and carrot. Mix well. Add more salt, pepper and/or sugar to taste.

You’re done!

Tip: The coleslaw tastes best if you let it sit for at least a half hour in the refrigerator. Mix again before serving.
