Gluten-Free Chicken Parmesan Recipe

Ingredients:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup gluten-free bread crumbs

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon dried basil

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

2 eggs, beaten

1 cup marinara sauce

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Grease a baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. In a shallow dish, mix together the bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, basil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip the chicken in the beaten eggs, then coat in the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Place the chicken in the prepared baking dish.
  5. Pour the marinara sauce over the chicken.
  6. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
