Ingredients

Ground, fully-cooked ham (1 1/2 lbs)

1 small onion, finely chopped

Bread crumbs (1/2 cup)

Green bell pepper, finely chopped (1/4 cup)

Milk (1/2 cup)

Ground mustard (1/2 teaspoon)

Pepper (1/4 teaspoon)

2 large eggs



Directions

Heat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix all ingredients. Spread mixture in ungreased loaf pan.

Insert meat thermometer. Make sure tip of thermometer is in the center of the loaf.

Bake uncovered for approximately 1.5 hours, or until the thermometer reads 170 degrees.

Let stand for 5-10 minutes. Remove from pan and serve.
